As a Customer Care Administrator, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and process requests via phone and ticketing software, adhering to service level agreements and internal policies.
- Make outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to support retention and engagement.
- Demonstrate a flexible, proactive, and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and personal development.
- Stay informed about company products and structure, ensuring accurate and helpful communication (note: no product-specific advice is required).
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
