Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries and process requests via phone and ticketing software, adhering to service level agreements and internal policies.
  • Make outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to support retention and engagement.
  • Demonstrate a flexible, proactive, and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and personal development.
  • Stay informed about company products and structure, ensuring accurate and helpful communication (note: no product-specific advice is required).
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
