This role focuses on managing arrears, maintaining professional merchant relationships, and agreeing practical repayment solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage collections and recoveries activity across a portfolio of accounts Act as a primary point of contact for merchants in arrears Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as written communications Manage cases involving higher-value and more complex accounts Negotiate repayment solutions balancing customer circumstances and business needs Maintain accurate records across multiple systems Work closely with colleagues in a team-based environment Ideal Candidate Fluent in German and English (written and verbal) Background in credit control or collections advantageous but not essential - this role offers training for complete beginners Confident communicator with strong negotiation and listening skills Good attention to detail and data accuracy Comfortable handling challenging conversations Benefits Competitive sala...
