The Company Our client is a leading international consumer focused eCommerce organisation with a growing portfolio of digital marketplaces across Europe. As part of its continued international expansion, the organisation is looking for a German speaking Business Development Manager to drive the recruitment and onboarding of high-quality German merchants, brands, aggregators, and strategic partners onto its European marketplace platforms. This is a highly commercial, growth-focused role for an experienced Business Development professional with a strong sales mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and onboarding. The Role As Business Development Manager for Germany, you will take ownership of the German merchant recruitment strategy. You will identify and engage potential merchants, build a high-quality prospect pipeline, develop strategic partnerships, and convert opportunities into signed commercial agreements.
