The Role As a European Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the company''s presence across European markets by identifying new customers, building strong client relationships, and supporting business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, and industry events.
• Building and developing relationships with distributors and clients across Europe.
• Delivering engaging presentations and tailored commercial proposals.
• Working closely with the European Business Development Manager, sales teams, and marketing colleagues.
• Managing sales pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Attending European trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.

• Fluent in both German and English (essential).
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role would be advantageous.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable making outbound approaches and developing new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel throughout Europe when required.
• Additional European language skills would be beneficial but not essential.
