German-Speaking Administration Executive London (Hybrid 3 days per week in office once trained)Permanent Full-time £30,000 £40,000 (depending on experience)A well-established European business with a UK presence is currently working with us to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service / Administration Executive for their small, collaborative team based in London.This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in customer service and administration, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with orders, systems, and customers in both German and English. Key Responsibilities: Accurate processing and placement of customer orders using internal systemsManaging orders from receipt through to final deliveryLiaising with production teams, shippers, and logistics partnersBooking deliveries with clients, warehouses, and sitesProviding high-quality customer service via phone and emailCarrying out varied administrative tasks, including: Monthly sales figuresTurnover, input, and backlog reportingMaintaining customer records and databases Skills and Experience Required: Fluency in German and English is essentialExperience in a customer service administrative roleStrong Excel and Word skills and general PC literacyHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsConfident communicator with a customer-focused approachComfortable working within a small team environment Salary and Working Hours: £30,000 £40,000 per annum, depending on experienceWorking hours: ..... full job details .....
