WSR is recruiting for a German Customer Services Coordinator for our reputable client in UK or Germany.Salary: £22k Location: Office Based - Milton Keynes, UK or Neu-Ulm, GermanyWorking Hours: Monday to Friday - 11am - 4pm - flexible with combination of hours but must be able to work in office on a FridayRole Type: Permanent German Customer Services Coordinator Role Overview: We re recruiting a German-speaking Customer Services Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team supporting UK and Central Europe customers. You ll play a key role in managing orders, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. German Customer Services Coordinator Responsibilities: Manage customer enquiries via phone and email Process sales orders accurately within tight deadlines Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and freight partners Prepare export and shipping documentation Track and resolve customer queries via CRM (HubSpot) Ensure orders are dispatched on time with correct paperwork German Customer Services Coordinator Experience, Skills and Attributes: Previous customer service / order processing experience Fluent German (essential)Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisation and communication skills Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment CRM experience (HubSpot desirable) German Customer Services Coordinator Benefits: Supportive, team-focused environment Varied role with international exposure Please click APPLY NOW , or call ..... full job details .....
