A growing engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Geotechnical Engineer to join its specialist geotechnical and geo-environmental team in London. The role offers exposure to varied projects across the South East, with plenty of scope to broaden your technical expertise, take on greater responsibility and progress professionally.

The Geotechnical Engineer will receive:

Day-to-day, the Geotechnical Engineer will be involved in a broad mix of technical activities, including:

• Planning and undertaking ground investigations
• Producing factual and interpretive technical reports
• Designing foundations, retaining walls and slope stability solutions
• Completing ground movement assessments
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues

To join as a Geotechnical Engineer, you''ll need previous experience within a geotechnical or geo-environmental environment and a relevant degree, such as geology, geotechnical engineering or environmental science.

You''ll also require a full UK driving licence, unrestricted UK right to work and the ability to commute to London.
