Geotechnical Engineer

We are working in partnership with a leading ground engineering contractor to recruit a Geotechnical Engineer to join their expanding team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major civil engineering and infrastructure projects, working with cutting-edge techniques and an experienced, supportive team.

As the Geotechnical Engineer, you will:

* Assist in the planning and delivery of ground investigation and geotechnical works.
* Provide technical support to site teams, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
* Contribute to design input, method statements, and risk assessments.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain high-quality standards.
* Support project reporting, data analysis, and technical documentation.

We''re looking for someone who has:

* A degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
* Previous experience in geotechnical or ground engineering (desirable, but not essential).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to travel and work across project sites in Scotland.
