Geotechnical Engineer

Bicester | -400450 per day | Inside IR35 | 12-Month Contract

We''re looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join the delivery team on HS2, working on site across the Calvert C2 and C3 areas.

This is a long-term, site-based opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer looking to play a hands-on role within one of the UK''s largest infrastructure programmes.

What you''ll be doing

• Providing geotechnical engineering support on site
• Supporting works across the HS2 Calvert C2 and C3 areas
• Working closely with construction and engineering teams
• Reviewing geotechnical information and site conditions
• Supporting the resolution of geotechnical issues during construction
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with project requirements

What we''re looking for

• Previous experience as a Geotechnical Engineer
• Strong site-based geotechnical experience
• Background within major infrastructure or civil engineering
• Good understanding of ground conditions and geotechnical works
• Confident working alongside multidisciplinary construction teams
• Able to work on site in the Calvert / Aylesbury area

-400450 per day, Inside IR35, on an initial 12-month contract, working directly on the HS2 programme at Calvert.
