We’re seeking a proactive and analytical GeoTab and Data Administrator to join our Engineering Systems team. Following significant investment in the GeoTab Telematics platform, this role is pivotal in unlocking data-driven insights to optimise fleet utilisation, reduce costs, and boost profitability across our operating companies.Key information

Collaborate with Operating Companies to drive engagement and best practices in GeoTab usageAnalyse fleet data to uncover actionable insightsLead a ‘Train the Trainer’ and system update programmeDevelop and refine GeoTab reports aligned with the Go-Ahead WayMaintain and update GeoTab documentationKnowledge and Experience

Excellent communication and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAdvanced Excel skills, including statistical analysis and large dataset comparisonUnderstanding of Telematics applications for drivers and engineering teamsBasic SQL knowledgeQualifications and ExperienceEssential:A-Level Maths or equivalentGCSE EnglishStrong Excel proficiencyDesirable:Engineering or systems-related qualification/experienceFamiliarity with PowerBI or similar toolsExperience with Telematics and GeoTabPersonal AttributesConfident communicator and independent thinkerDetail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvementSelf-motivated and accountableSkilled at prioritising and managing multiple workstreamsWorking Environment
