Geospatial Surveyor (Senior / Principal)

Work with advanced LiDAR, UAV, GNSS and photogrammetry toolsets, lead high-performing teams and deliver technically rigorous surveys that make a measurable difference. Purpose and Scope of the Role You will lead planning and delivery of complex geospatial survey programmes (topographic, control, boundary, measured building, volumetric) across multidisciplinary projects. The role combines hands-on field leadership with responsibility for survey methodology, equipment maintenance (GNSS/GPS, total stations, terrestrial/mobile LiDAR, UAV platforms), data processing and production of CAD/3D/point-cloud deliverables. You will prepare method statements, risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards and client specifications. Your Impact in this position As Principal/Senior Geospatial Surveyor you will mentor and develop junior surveyors, set QA/QC standards for field acquisition and processing, and act as the technical lead on client engagement and bid inputs. Your work will improve design accuracy, reduce project risk and support better asset management decisions for clients across infrastructure, energy and environmental sectors.
