Geography Teacher

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, fostering a positive classroom environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Teaching and Learning Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum. Assess, record, and report on pupils'' progress and attainment. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners. Curriculum and Assessment Use a range of assessment strategies to inform planning and support pupil progress. Track pupil data and contribute to school-wide monitoring and reporting. Pupil Support and Well-being Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils. Identify and support pupils with additional needs, liaising with SENCO and external agencies where appropriate. Maintain high expectations for behaviour and attitudes to learning. Collaboration and Communication Work effectively with teaching assistants, support staff, and other colleagues. Communicate regularly with parents/carers about pupil progress and well-being.
