The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Prepare students for GCSE success with effective teaching and assessment strategies
• Encourage curiosity and critical thinking through interactive learning and fieldwork
• Track student progress and provide targeted support
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and CPD

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive and reflective teaching approach
