With a strong community ethos and a focus on inclusive, high-quality education, the school is looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a long-term basis.

Position Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Geography Teacher to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will bring an engaging and inclusive teaching style, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to contribute positively to departmental planning and wider school life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-structured and inspiring Geography lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, offering targeted support and feedback
• Work collaboratively within the Geography department to plan and deliver curriculum content
• Contribute to school activities, trips, and enrichment where appropriate

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A relevant degree in Geography or a related subject
• Strong knowledge and experience of teaching KS3 and KS4 Geography
• An engaging, inclusive, and adaptable teaching style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
