Are you a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher looking for a new challenge in a supportive and thriving secondary school? We are a well-regarded school in the heart of Nottingham are currently seeking a Geography Teacher to join their team in April 2026. This role will involve teaching key stage 3 to key stage 4. Ideally you must hold Qualified Teacher status (QTS) for this role. There is potential for a permanent contract in this role.

About the Role:

• Subject Specialism: You will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in Geography.
• Potential for permanent contract: For a candidate who demonstrates exceptional skills and a genuine passion for teaching, there is a potential for this role to become permanent.

What We''re Looking For:

• Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is preferred, but we are open to considering strong candidates with significant teaching experience.
• Experience: You should have a solid background in teaching Geography. Experience in managing diverse classrooms and dealing with challenging behaviour is essential.
• Skills: Exceptional classroom management skills are a must. You should be confident, proactive, and enthusiastic about teaching, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
