Coba Education is working with a well-regarded secondary school in Rushden who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Geography to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Humanities department and inspire students to develop a strong understanding of the world around them.
The Role:- Teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available depending on experience)
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Assess, monitor and support student progress
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and department
- Hold QTS or ECT status
- Have experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting
- Be confident managing behaviour and engaging learners
- Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Humanities
- Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for students
- A friendly and forward-thinking secondary school in Rushden
