The Role

As a Geography Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with opportunities for Key Stage 5 where appropriate).
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that challenge and support learners of all abilities.
• Assess student progress effectively and use feedback to maximise achievement.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively within the Humanities team.

We''re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is completing their ECT induction.
• Has a degree in Geography or a closely related subject.
• Has excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Geography.
• Builds positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Has strong classroom management skills and high expectations for learning and behaviour.
• Is organised, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development.
• Is confident using technology and online learning platforms to enhance teaching.
