An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a well-established ground investigation and site services contractor based in Milton Keynes. Working on a diverse range of residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, you will play a key role in delivering contaminated land assessments and ground investigation works from site through to reporting.

The Role:
- Design, supervise and manage ground investigation projects.
- Carry out Phase 1 Preliminary Risk Assessments and Phase 2 Site Investigations.
- Log soil and rock samples in accordance with BS 5930.
- Undertake soil, groundwater and ground gas sampling.
- Interpret laboratory data and prepare factual and interpretative reports.
- Complete contaminated land risk assessments and recommend appropriate remediation solutions.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulatory bodies throughout project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Support junior engineers and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Environmental Science or a related subject.
- Previous experience in geoenvironmental engineering, contaminated land or ground investigation.
- Knowledge of UK contaminated land guidance and current legislation.
- Experience supervising site investigations and producing technical reports.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
