We are currently looking for a Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a growing consultancy with a strong presense across South Wales and Bristol area.

The role will involve a mixture of office and site-based work, giving you the opportunity to work on a varied range of geoenvironmental and contaminated land projects across Cardiff, Bristol and the surrounding areas.

You will be involved in:

• Phase 1 Desk Studies and Preliminary Risk Assessments
• Ground investigations and site works
• Soil and groundwater sampling
• Contaminated land assessments
• Remediation projects and validation
• Factual and interpretive reporting
• Site investigations and watching briefs
• Liaising with clients, contractors and other consultants
• Working alongside geotechnical and environmental teams

You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and take on increasing responsibility as you progress.

We are looking for someone with:

• A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Geoscience or a related subject
• Previous experience within a geoenvironmental or contaminated land role
• Experience supporting or carrying out ground investigations
• Good technical and report writing skills
• A practical approach to site work
• A full UK driving licence

This would suit a Geoenvironmental Engineer looking for a varied role where they can work on projects across Cardiff, Bristol and the wider region, while continuing to develop their career within a consultancy environment.
