Geocoder London / Remote 6 Month Contract 23.11 - 27.63 PAYE 31.34 - 37.47 Umbrella per hour We''re recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for an experienced Geocoder to join their established Geospatial team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work fully remotely, supporting the delivery of high-quality geospatial data and location intelligence for a large-scale programme. We''re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and experience working with address matching, geocoding and spatial data who can ensure data accuracy and integrity across a range of GIS datasets. The Role As a Geocoder, you''ll be responsible for geocoding, validating and maintaining location-based datasets, ensuring the highest levels of data quality. You''ll work closely with the wider GIS team to resolve spatial data issues, support mapping activities and contribute to the ongoing improvement of geospatial data processes. Key Responsibilities Geocode and validate address and location datasets. Cleanse, maintain and quality assure spatial data. Identify, investigate and resolve data anomalies. Maintain GIS databases and associated records. Support the production of mapping outputs and geospatial datasets. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver accurate and reliable location data.
