This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 1-4 years'' experience looking to accelerate their career. For the first 6-9 months, you''ll play a key role on a major 4,000-unit residential development in South Manchester, supervising ground investigation and site works before transitioning into a varied consultancy role supporting projects across the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors. What You''ll Be Doing Supervising ground investigation and site activities on a major residential development Logging ground conditions and overseeing site works Assisting with factual and interpretative reporting Undertaking Phase 1 Desk Studies and Preliminary Risk Assessments Supporting contaminated land and geotechnical assessments Designing and managing ground investigations Liaising with contractors, clients and project stakeholders Working alongside civil, structural and transport planning teams What You''ll Bring 1-4 years'' experience within a geo-environmental, contaminated land or ground investigation consultancy Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering or a related discipline Site investigation and reporting experience Strong ..... full job details .....
