Collaborate with agile teams to continuously improve our processes, from data acquisition to release.
Support scientific teams by delivering approved data releases and sharing expertise on data handling best practices.

You have a BSc or higher qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant genomic discipline, with a solid understanding of human genetics.
Experience handling GWAS data and manipulating large-scale genotypic (array-based, WGS, WES) and phenotypic datasets.
Proficient in Python and Unix shell, with strong problem-solving skills and a knack for overcoming unexpected data challenges.
Highly organised, able to plan and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment.
