Working as part of the Technical Support Team, the successful candidate will provide engineering support across the UK depot network and customer sites. The role will involve technical fault diagnosis, commissioning, repairs, engineering upgrades and supporting specialist customer requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support to company depots and customers. Diagnose and resolve generator and electrical faults. Carry out commissioning, repairs, upgrades and modifications to rental equipment, including Stage V generators. Attend customer sites to provide technical support, commissioning and site surveys. Support technical training and mentoring for engineers and customers. Assist with major projects, product introductions and technical investigations.
