Service Engineer - Critical PowerLocation: HavantSalary: 35-40k base ( 50k OTE)We''re looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join a growing engineering business specialising in critical power systems.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems and delivering excellent customer service.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for:Servicing, maintaining and repairing generators, UPS systems and associated critical power equipmentFault diagnosis and emergency breakdown responseInstallation and commissioning of equipmentLoad bank testing, inspections and electrical testingCompleting service reports and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting customers with technical advice and trainingParticipating in an on-call rota and occasional overnight staysAbout YouNVQ Level 3, City and Guilds or equivalent engineering qualificationExperience working with generators, UPS systems or other critical power equipmentStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsA proactive, customer-focused approachA full UK driving licenceWhat''s on OfferOvertime and on-call paymentsOngoing training and career developmentOpportunity to work on a wide range of critical power systemsSupportive team within a growing businessIf you''re an experienced engineer looking for your next challenge, we''d love to hear from you.
