Charles Wilson Engineers operate one of the UK s largest privately owned plant hire fleets and are known for investing heavily in their engineers and equipment.The RoleAs a Field Generator Engineer you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of a wide range of diesel generators and temporary power equipment. The role will involve attending customer sites to diagnose faults, carry out planned servicing and ensure equipment is returned to full working order quickly and safely.Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance and repair of diesel generators and associated equipmentFault finding on mechanical and electrical systemsCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults on customer sitesCompleting service reports and ensuring high standards of health and safetyMaintaining excellent customer relationships while on site The Ideal Candidate Experience working on generators, plant machinery or diesel enginesStrong electrical and mechanical fault finding skillsBackground as a Plant Engineer, Generator Engineer or Field Service EngineerFull UK ..... full job details .....
