Generalist HR OfficerLocation: South LeicestershireSalary: £30,000 - £32,000Job Type: Full-time, PermanentThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated HR Officer to join a busy and fast-paced hospitality environment. Supporting a workforce of over 100 employees, you will work closely with senior leadership to deliver a comprehensive and proactive HR service across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR support to managers and employeesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, onboarding and inductionsMaintain accurate HR records, systems and employee documentationSupport payroll processes, including weekly rota oversight and reportingAdvise on and manage employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances and absenceEnsure compliance with current employment legislation and company policiesContribute to HR initiatives, employee engagement activities and staff development programmesProvide general administrative support, including reporting and meeting coordinationAbout YouMinimum of 2 years'' experience in a generalist HR roleOwn transport and full driving licenceCIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of UK employment lawStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience within hospitality, retail or a similar high-volume environment is desirableWhat''s ..... full job details .....
