As a Generalist Cover Tutor, you will support the delivery of education across multiple curriculum areas, providing engaging and learner-focused teaching that helps individuals develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required for rehabilitation, further learning and future employment. Working with small groups of prison-based learners, you will play a key role in creating positive learning experiences, supporting achievement and progression, and helping learners overcome barriers to education.
