Working closely with the class teachers, you''ll assist in delivering engaging lessons, supporting individual students, and creating a positive and productive learning environment.Key Responsibilities: Assist class teachers in delivering lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in subjects like reading, writing, numeracy, and more. Help prepare classroom materials and resources. Monitor and assess students'' progress, offering feedback and adjusting support to meet individual needs. Promote a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment. Supervise and support children during playtime, lunchtime, and other activities.
