Assist with phonics sessions, supporting children with reading, writing, and early literacy development. Work closely with children in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support for those who need extra help. Support targeted interventions for children who need additional support in areas like literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Provide general classroom assistance, ensuring all children remain engaged and focused during lessons. Help manage classroom behaviour, encouraging positive attitudes to learning.
