Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an exceptional General Store Manager for a high-profile store in Oxford.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume and commercially driven environment. You''ll lead a large team, take ownership of the store P&L and drive sales, customer experience and operational performance.
We''re open to leaders from food, fashion, department stores and other high-volume retail environments. We''re looking for strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to operate confidently at scale.

• Lead and develop a large team and management structure.
• Own sales, profitability, productivity and key store KPIs.
• Drive operational standards and exceptional customer experience.
• Manage P&L, payroll and operational costs.
• Use data and trading insight to identify and deliver commercial opportunities.
• Build a strong performance culture and develop future leaders.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver wider business objectives.

You''ll be an experienced General Store Manager, Store Manager or senior retail leader with a track record in a large-scale operation.
