You''ll have full ownership of the retail operation, leading commercial performance, developing new product opportunities, strengthening supplier partnerships and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You''ll also play a key role in a major store redevelopment, helping create a retail environment that drives both sales and customer engagement.

As General Store Manager, you''ll bring:

• A proven track record of delivering commercial growth within a large-format or high-volume retail business.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach and inspire high-performing teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, trading performance and profitability.
• Confidence in buying, merchandising, supplier negotiations and identifying new growth opportunities.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational excellence.

Experience in destination retail, outdoor leisure, home, DIY, garden centre or multi-category retail would be advantageous, but it''s your commercial mindset and leadership ability that will set you apart.
