General Store Manager WeymouthOur Client is one of the largest and most progressive food retailers in the UK with an annual turnover in excess of 9 billion.Due to continued growth and internal promotions we are now recruiting for a General Store Managers to join their team in the Weymouth area.As a General Store Manager you will be accountable for the day to day operational performance of your store and everyone within it.You, along with your leadership team will be responsible for the profitable delivery of a multi million pound business. As a General Store Manager you will be commercially focussed with the proven ability to know what adds value to your business and customers.You will be expected to minimise controllable costs and maximise cash profit and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve the development of your Deputy Manager and shop floor team whilst ensuring that the business grows organically through effective delegation, training and development.As a General Store Manager you will drive excellent customer service and experience, engaging with them to understand their requirements, obtaining feedback to improve your operation and promoting your business and brand at all times.
