General Store Manager - Senior Retail Leadership Location: London (SW1) Salary: £90,000-£115,000 + benefits We are looking for an exceptional General Store Manager to lead a major, complex retail operation and drive the next stage of its performance. This is a senior commercial leadership role for someone who knows how to lead large teams, develop managers, drive sales performance and create a culture where high standards are expected and achieved. We are deliberately open on sector. You could come from luxury, premium or mainstream retail. What matters is the quality of your leadership, your commercial instincts and your ability to operate at significant scale and complexity. The successful General Store Manager will be someone who is still ambitious, still developing and still looking to build something. We are not looking for someone simply comfortable with where they are.
