General Services Manager (Soft Services) Location: Broughton (Onsite) Hours: 35 per week (4.5-day pattern, 07:00-19:00 flexibility)We?re seeking an experienced General Services professional to manage soft facilities services within a large, high-compliance industrial site. You?ll oversee delivery of cleaning, catering, grounds, waste, transport and mailroom services, ensuring performance, cost control, and service quality are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesManage soft services and multiple suppliers against KPIs and contractsSupport budget control, invoicing, and procurement activitiesDrive service performance through reviews and stakeholder engagementEnsure compliance with health, safety, and site proceduresWork closely with internal teams and external providers to improve deliveryAbout YouExperience managing facilities/soft services in large industrial or corporate sitesStrong supplier and stakeholder management skillsConfident with budgets, procurement, and service reportingHandS aware with strong compliance mindsetCleanroom/pharma experience beneficialWe can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
