General Sales Manager

We are offering a

£45,000

basic salary with an OTE of

£60,000

plus a company car and benefits.

As a General Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support colleagues. Your role involves coaching, management, customer interaction, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will oversee sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales while maintaining ethical standards.

We seek an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the motor industry, demonstrating results in increasing sales, profitability, and efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a commitment to our company values.
