As a Sytner General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. You will be required to manage enquiries and leads, and to maximise sales rates through the sales and customer process. In addition, you will manage and be responsible for the retention and prospecting activity to existing customers. You will also help hire and monitor the performance of the sales executives and hold weekly sales meetings and conduct sales mentoring and support. This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
