General Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s dealership in Weston-Super-Mare.

Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £68000 OTE.

Benefits:

- Basic salary plus bonus providing an uncapped annual on-target earnings of around £68,000 per annum.

- 31 days annual leave (including the bank holidays), rising to 35 over the length of service.

Guaranteed 5-day week on a set rota that includes weekends (discussed further upon application). Weekend work is expected and plentiful due to our client''s business model/customer traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Sell and Buy Vehicles

Requirements:

- Have a proven track record within a the role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
