General Sales Manager £35,000 Basic Salary (Negotiable for an Exceptional Candidate) OTE £55,000 Lowestoft Permanent Full Time 5-Day Working Week Monday to Saturday (Day Off in the Week) Closed Sundays Our client, a successful main dealership based in Lowestoft, is looking to recruit an experienced General Sales Manager to lead its busy sales operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step into a General Sales Manager position, or for an experienced GSM looking for a fresh challenge. The successful candidate will lead a team of four sales professionals, driving performance, profitability and customer satisfaction while ensuring the dealership consistently achieves its objectives. With annual sales targets of vehicles, this is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a proven track record of developing teams and delivering results. Duties and Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team of four sales professionals. Drive new and used vehicle sales performance to achieve dealership targets. Maximise profitability through effective sales processes and FandI performance. Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing coaching and support where required. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are delivered throughout the sales journey. Oversee stock management, vehicle pricing and showroom presentation.
