My client is opening its second site and is looking for a General Manager who wants more than simply running a restaurant day to day. You ll have the opportunity to help shape the business, build a great team and play a key role in its growth, with the potential to progress into a multi-site management position as the company expands.The concept brings together breakfast and brunch during the day, pizza into the evening, great coffee and smoothies, and a strong wine offering. As General Manager, you ll lead the operation across both front and back of house, developing the team, managing rotas and stock, maintaining food safety standards and ensuring guests receive a consistently great experience.
