Richmond Clinic is a traditional GP led practice with just over 6k patients. We are situated close to the M4 junction J25 making easy access from Cardiff, Bristol and Monmouth. The team consists of 3 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 nurses, reception and admin staff. Provide routine and same-day consultations for acute and chronic health issuesconduct face-to-face and telephone consultationsperform home visits where appropriate - very rare at the practicemaintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMISparticipate in clinical audit, QOF and practice-led quality improvement initiativeswork as part of the wider multidisciplinary teamSupport the management of long-term conditions, medication review and preventative caremanage patient correspondence, pathology results and referralsContribute to duty doctor and on call rotaPerson Specification
