The site houses around 1180 male patients aged 18+, many of whom have complex health needs and have previously been disconnected from the healthcare system. Ideal applicants will be passionate about working with disadvantaged patients and feel confident working in a busy, ever-changing environment supporting primary care, substance misuse and mental health needs.

Hours

This position will involve a mixture of standard and long days.Standard day — 2 sessions / 8 hoursLong day — 3 sessions / 12 hoursApplicants must be able to work late evenings up to 10pm

Salary

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week; the salary is up to £130,000 per annum depending on experience.
