Operating an Out of Hours service-across nights, weekends and bank holidays, the service provides advice and treatment for patients that have either called 111 or have entered the service through other means and require urgent primary care management. The service is provided by a multi-disciplinary team that includes GPs, Nurse and Paramedic practitioners, administrative and operational colleagues, all working together to provide clinical care from various South Midlands, over the telephone or during a home visit in places such as Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby and Stratford. Duties The service is now seeking to recruit-GPs to join their-workforce in the GP OOH service. The current vacant shifts are predominantly face to face and available in the evening and overnight period 7 days a week - priority will be given to GPs who can commit to working face to face shifts during the evenings and overnights.
