Immediate requirement for a General Practice Surveyor with a Gloucestershire based Local Authority. 450 per day for the right candidate.3-6 month assignment Hybrid roleDuties and responsilbities are : Property Management Lease renewal/rent review and Landlord and Tenant work Dealing with Service charges Acquisitions and Disposals Easements and Wayleaves Property valuations Provide advice and guidance to internal departments and external enquiries.
