We are looking for reliable General Operatives to work within a busy concrete production and manufacturing environment in Brandon.The role involves concrete production, heavy manual duties, general labouring and handling heavy materials. This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with heavy work and manual handling.Key Responsibilities Assisting with concrete production and manufacturing processesCarrying out heavy manual handling and physically demanding dutiesGeneral labouring within the production areaLoading, unloading and moving heavy materialsHandling concrete and other production materialsKeeping the working area clean and organisedFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesSupporting the wider production team with general duties About YouWe are looking for candidates who are: Reliable and punctualPhysically fit and comfortable with heavy manual workComfortable working in a physically demanding environmentAble to lift and move heavy materials safelyHappy to carry out general labouring and production dutiesA good team player with a positive attitudeAble to follow instructions and health and safety proceduresPrevious production, manufacturing, concrete or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential What We Offer £12.71 per hour8-hour or 10-hour shifts available06:30 startFull-time, ongoing workImmediate starts availableSupportive team environmentRegular, ongoing work Interested?
