General Operator - Double Day Shift

• Location: Swindon
• Pay Rate: -13.86 per hour + 22% shift allowance (-16.91 including allowance)
• Hours: Monday-Friday | 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00

We are recruiting General Operators to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Swindon. This role involves supporting production operations within a cleanroom environment while ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual packing, labelling and packaging of products
• Handling materials and maintaining stock levels
• Cleaning equipment and production areas to GMP standards
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Carrying out in-process quality checks
• Reporting any quality or process issues

Requirements:

• GCSE-level Maths and English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration
• Ability to follow procedures and work accurately
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food production, or another regulated manufacturing environment is desirable
