About the Role
A General Operator position is available in Swindon, working double day shifts at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This temporary role, paying up to £16.91 per hour inclusive of a 22% shift allowance, involves supporting production within a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include manual packing, labelling, material handling, and maintaining stock levels. The successful candidate will also clean equipment to GMP standards, complete accurate documentation, and perform in-process quality checks. GCSE-level Maths and English, alongside strong detail orientation, are required. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, alternating between 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00.
