We''re supporting a leading defence engineering organisation in hiring Electronics Assembly Operators to work on advanced circuit card builds. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist skills within a clean, structured production environment.

What you''ll be doing:

• Assembling and soldering components onto circuit boards
• Working with small components under a microscope
• Carrying out quality checks and identifying defects
• Following engineering drawings and build instructions

What we''re looking for:

• Experience in soldering or electronics assembly
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small components
