General Operatives - Evening shifts

We are recruiting Full-Time General Operatives to join our client, Camden based in Antrim You will play a key role in the production process, helping to manufacture high-quality uPVC windows and doors using both recycled and new materials. You''ll be part of a team that prioritises quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Starting : Monday 15th June Ongoing positions Shifts available : Evenings- Monday to Thursday 3.30pm - 1am and Friday 11.15am - 4.30pm £13.91 per hour Key Responsibilities Arrive at your workstation on time and maintain excellent attendance Follow all production procedures and processes accurately Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Identify and report faults or errors in products or machinery Carry out tasks confidently once training is completed Maintain a clean and organised work area Communicate clearly with your team leader and colleagues Strive to continuously improve performance and skills Represent the business in a professional and courteous manner Follow all Health and Safety rules, including proper use of PPE Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management What We''re Looking For Good attention to detail Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop new skills Commitment to health and safety standards This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growing operation where your contribution matters.
