Assignment Details Employment Type: Full-time Payment Basis: PAYE Paid Holidays: 20 days per year Start Date: As soon as possible following successful vetting checks, medical and on-site induction Assignment Duration: Until further notice Location: BS11 9BT Must Have Desirable GCSE Maths / English or equivalent Minimum Grade C 2 years in a similar discipline, working knowledge of health and safety Full clean driving license Health and Safety Awareness Role and Responsibilities To assist the Depot Manager to operate the site in order to ensure the safe and efficient storage and supply of bitumen from the Avonmouth Depot to Continental Bitumen s customers. To be and ambassador for Safety - Ensure adherence at all times to site safety rules and regulations. Supporting with operation of loading of bitumen into customer road tankers, maintaining a professional approach positively reflecting the image of the company at all times. To support with site maintenance ensuring full adherence to the Permit to Work scheme at all times and ensuring works are carried out in a safe manner adhering to site specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements. To undertake any additional duties (for which you are qualified / trained to undertake) in respect of the running and maintenance of the Avonmouth Site required by the Site Manager.
