General Operative

Do you have previous experience within a manufacturing/production/warehouse environment? Are you looking for some temporary work? DS Smith in Kettering are currently looking for 2 Operatives to support the team for the next 3 weeks working 3 days per work with some flexibility to do more. Role: General Operative Location: DS Smith, Cromwell House, Altendiez Way, Burton Latimer, Kettering NN15 5YZ Rate: 17.34 per hour Contract Length: 3 weeks Hours: Monday-Wednesday, 6am-6pm (36hrs) Responsibilities: Collecting sheets of cardboard off the line and putting them on a pallet Keeping work area clean and tidy Working in line with Health and Safety guidance and processes at all times Quality checking product Completing any other duties relevant to the department as requested by the shift manager Essential requirements: Can do attitude Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment desirable Comfortable being on foot for long periods of time Able to conduct manual handling The flexibility to work extra days Benefits: Advice and editing on your current CV Dedicated team throughout your journey within the role Paid holiday Exclusive online services including restaurant and retail discounts ..... full job details .....
